This year, there will be a Bliss Cruise hosted onboard Royal Caribbean’s Explorer of the Seas from April 24-30, 2025, and onboard Celebrity Cruises’ Celebrity Reflection from November 8-15, 2025.
For those on the outside looking in, what goes on during these “spicy cruises” may seem a bit mysterious, or even a little intimidating. But one couple, who go by Bella and Jase online, have been offering an inside look on what really goes on during these sailings – and it’s healthier than you might expect.
The husband and wife were most recently onboard the largest ever swinger’s cruise held onboard Symphony of the Seas from November 10-17, 2024, and have been sharing their experience on social media. It was their fourth voyage of this nature.
As a largely stigmatized community, these cruises have become an opportunity for swingers and non-monogamous individuals to celebrate who they are and their sexuality in a safe space.

Japan Discovered Sex on Fridays
Finally, a government that understands making love is as important as making money! Tokyo has shocked the world by granting its public employees a free Friday for intimacy.
This measure, coming into effect in 2025, is more than just a simple change in the work calendar — it’s an official recognition that pleasure and well-being are fundamental pillars for a thriving society.
A decision that goes beyond the birth rate issue. While the immediate goal is to increase birth rates, the impact of this policy extends much further — it touches on the essence of what it means to be human. The message is clear and powerful: intimacy isn’t a luxury, it’s a basic necessity that deserves space in our weekly schedule.

What to Know About Swinging Before You Try It Yourself
WHEN YOU THINK about swingers, a few things might pop into your head: upside-down pineapples, swinger resort TikTok (yep, it's a thing), or even Mike Myers in his iconic Austin Powers voice yelling, "swingers baby, yeah!"
The term "swinger" and symbols of the practice are seemingly everywhere. That's because it might be way more common than you realize, especially as different forms of non-monogamy gain traction in mainstream culture. Maybe it's something you'd even like to try.
There is a difference between swinging and other forms of ethical non-monogamy (or ENM) practices, and there's more to the Lifestyle than you might expect. So before you book a room on your first swingers cruise, here's your chance to learn the nuances of swinging, and hear what it's like from people who have actually done it.
What is swinging?
Swinging can be defined as either (or both) a behavior and an identity, according to Zhana Vrangalova, Ph.D., a sexuality and relationships scientist who runs a course on non-monogamy called Open Smarter.
"Behaviorally, it means that you are in a couple, or you're a single person, who is living a life of having multiple casual partners," she says. For most couples who partake in swinging, they're having these sexual experiences "together as a couple, and they are doing it with some frequency," she adds. (Think: Once a month, you and your spouse get together for a no-strings-attached foursome with another couple; or once a year, you hit up a swingers' resort for a weeklong group sex buffet.)
People who swing might find sex partners on apps, at social events, at sex clubs and sex parties, or even on cruises and other vacations geared toward these types of experiences.
