Alfredo "El Pollo" Saldívar, the goalkeeper who forged most of his career in Pumas, reappeared in the media after publishing an unexpected statement on social networks.
Through his Instagram account, the goalkeeper who today finds himself without a team, after 10 years of defending the goal of Pumas and one more that of Toluca, declared himself a "swinger" together with his partner María Clemente in a photo that was captured by attention in social networks.
“If the chemistry is perfect, it doesn't matter how many connections we make. And it's not that we like prohibited things, it's that we love knowing that nobody prohibits us from anything”, begins the text with which the goalkeeper in recess states that he and María are an open couple.

What To Say To A Partner If Your Needs Aren't Being Met In The Bedroom
Sometimes we find ourselves in relationships where our sexual needs aren't being met. Sometimes it's a matter of different libidos, other times it's because one person's idea of what's hot isn't the same as the other person's, and well, honestly, there can be many reasons why someone might not be getting their needs met in the bedroom. But no matter the reason, it can't be ignored. Sex may not be the only component of a relationship, but it's still an important one. After all, research has found time and time again that happy sex lives lead to more fulfilling relationships (via Greater Good Magazine).
But, despite this, it's not always easy to know what to say to your partner about your sex life. Especially when the topic is that you need more or something different in bed from them.
"Sexual preferences are as unique as the individual," licensed marriage and family therapist Bianca L. Rodriguez tells Insider. "There's no wrong way to express your sexuality, provided you have consent from your partner(s). Knowing this can make it easier to talk with your partner about your sex life because it can diminish judgments you may have about your partner or yourself."

I'm A Wife. I'm A Mom. And I'm A Swinger On The Side.
Everyone has a secret. Things we don’t want people to know because we are embarrassed, too proud, or too private. We keep secrets because some things are too intimate and special for anyone else to know.
But sometimes we keep secrets because we may feel like we will be harshly judged and don’t want to invite the criticism that may follow. Often, we just simply don’t know who we can trust with sensitive information because it might illicit unwanted gossip.
For example, you would never know I have an “open” marriage. I’m not the lady in the 4-inch heels at school pick-up that wears skin-tight jeans or has DD implants. I don’t have wild parties where people stagger home with someone else’s spouse because they picked their car keys from a bowl on the coffee table.
I’m just another mom who drives a sensible car, does the grocery shopping, wears clothes from Ann Taylor, goes jogging to stay fit — and occasionally has sex with men who are not my husband.
If I ever told you about this part of my life — which I probably wouldn’t unless you were an extremely close friend — your first reaction might be “What? How? But...what about your kids?”

It's minigolf, but not as we know it.
Taup?'s latest tourist attraction - Swingers Putt Putt is not so much putting Taup? on the map, as putting punters on the map of Taup?.
Owner and developer of The Landing Jamie Keehan is the ultimate tour guide as we traverse the minigolf course - the final stage of a wider development that includes 10-pin bowling, a trampoline park, restaurant, cafe, laundromat, icecream shop and bar.
Jamie never stands still and this tour is all about getting more sponsors on board to raise money for charity.
He wants to raise $30,000 a year for good causes by adding sponsors to each of the features on the course.
Already, $10,000 has been given to the T?rangi Squash Club and another $10,000 to a kohanga reo.
There are plenty more attractions for sponsors to add their branding to, for a cost of $1000 a year - all of which will be donated to charity.
